Here at Hoyle Law, we represent injured people in Washington, D.C., combining careful investigation, practical claim experience, and thoughtful legal strategy. An injury can disrupt your health, your work, your finances, and your everyday life. We help clients navigate difficult questions about liability, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and recovery, with personal attention and a clear plan for moving their claim forward.
Clear, consistent communication is central to Mr. Hoyle’s approach. He is committed to maintaining a high level of communication throughout the process, keeping clients informed, answering questions, and explaining what comes next. We take pride in helping clients understand and handle the complex legal, medical, and insurance issues that arise after an injury. Strong advocacy begins with thorough preparation. We review the circumstances of the injury, gather available records and evidence, evaluate insurance coverage, and document how the injury has affected your life. Depending on the needs of the case, that work may include witness interviews, medical and billing records, photographs or video, and consultation with treating providers or other qualified experts. We develop the evidence needed to present your claim clearly and address challenges raised by insurers or opposing parties.
Every client has a different story, and every case deserves individual attention. Mr. Hoyle’s familiarity with large, mid-sized, and smaller insurance companies across a wide range of personal injury cases helps him assess an insurer’s position and prepare a focused response. He draws on experience managing hundreds of injury matters to guide clients through negotiation and, when necessary, a lawsuit. We are prepared to use the resources your case requires to pursue the strongest recovery the evidence supports. Our goal is to give you a stronger voice while helping you understand your options, stay involved in your case, and focus on your recovery.

Motor Vehicle Accident Representation

A collision can leave you managing medical treatment, missed work, vehicle damage, and insurance questions at the same time. Here at Hoyle Law, we help you understand how those issues affect your claim and develop a practical strategy for addressing them. We begin by listening to what happened, identifying your immediate concerns, and explaining the information needed to evaluate the case.
Careful investigation gives your claim a stronger foundation. We examine available crash reports, witness accounts, photographs and video, medical records, billing information, and insurance coverage. When fault, the cause of an injury, or the extent of a loss is disputed, we work to identify the evidence that can answer those questions. Depending on the case, that may involve additional records, treating providers, or qualified experts.
Mr. Hoyle brings experience with insurers of different sizes and with the stages a motor vehicle accident claim may involve: a demand, settlement negotiations, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. He keeps clients informed about developments, explains the reasoning behind recommendations, and discusses the benefits and risks of available options. We take pride in presenting your circumstances clearly while helping you make informed decisions throughout your recovery.

Motor Vehicle Accident Claims
Motor vehicle accident claims are a central part of our personal injury practice at Hoyle Law. We represent injured drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and cyclists, and evaluate the circumstances of each collision rather than treating every claim the same. The vehicles involved, the available coverage, and the evidence about fault can all affect the path forward.
Claims we handle include:
- Rear-end, head-on, and intersection collisions
- Uber and Lyft collisions, including questions about a driver’s activity and available coverage
- Pedestrian and bicycle injuries
- Truck and commercial vehicle collisions
- Hit-and-run and uninsured or underinsured motorist claims
Here at Hoyle Law, we also represent clients with slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, and other premises liability claims. These matters can raise different questions about responsibility, notice of a dangerous condition, witness testimony, and insurance coverage. We investigate the facts that matter to the particular claim and explain how they affect your options.
Across case types, Mr. Hoyle draws on familiarity with large, mid-sized, and smaller insurers to assess coverage questions, evaluate disputed losses, and prepare for negotiation. Each claim receives an individual review of the injuries, medical evidence, financial impact, and available insurance. If a lawsuit is appropriate, we discuss the work involved and help you understand what to expect.

Compassionate Legal Guidance
An injury claim is about more than records and numbers. It is about the changes to your daily life, the uncertainty you face, and the support you need to move forward. Here at Hoyle Law, we listen closely to your concerns and work to understand the effect of the injury on your health, work, family responsibilities, and sense of stability.
We take pride in helping clients understand and handle complex issues. That means explaining legal terminology, discussing insurance questions in plain language, and making time for the decisions that require your input. Mr. Hoyle is committed to maintaining a high level of communication throughout the process, with clear explanations of developments, the next steps, and the reasons behind his recommendations.
Thoughtful advocacy also requires candid advice. We discuss the evidence supporting your claim, the issues an insurer or opposing party may raise, and the practical risks of the available options. Whether you are preparing for a deposition, reviewing a settlement offer, or deciding whether to pursue litigation, we help you understand the choice before you make it. Your concerns remain central to the legal strategy, and you deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported throughout your case.

He brings those disciplines to the review of complex records, the development of a clear case narrative, and the explanation of difficult issues to clients. His commitment to personal injury practice rests on careful preparation, precise advocacy, and a strong belief that clients should understand the process in which they are participating.
NO WIN, NO ATTORNEY FEE
Here at Hoyle Law, we handle personal injury claims on a contingency fee basis. You pay an attorney’s fee only if we recover compensation through a settlement or judgment. This arrangement allows the attorney’s fee to be tied to a recovery while you focus on treatment and the work needed to support your claim.
33% before a lawsuit is filed. The attorney’s fee is 33% of the recovery when the claim resolves before filing, subject to your written fee agreement.
40% once a lawsuit is filed. Once we file suit, the attorney’s fee is 40% of the recovery, including a settlement reached after filing, subject to your written fee agreement. We explain the litigation process and discuss the reasons for recommending a lawsuit.
Typical case costs. Expenses may include medical records and billing requests, court filing fees, service of process, depositions and transcripts, expert witnesses, investigators, mediation, exhibits, and other necessary case expenses. Not every case requires every expense. These costs are separate from the attorney’s fee, and the work required depends on the particular facts and issues.
Your final amount. Your net recovery is the amount remaining after the attorney’s fee, reimbursable case costs, and applicable medical bills, liens, or other repayment obligations. A settlement amount and the amount you receive are therefore different figures. We help you understand the deductions and provide a written breakdown when your case concludes.
A clear written agreement. Your agreement explains how the fee is calculated, whether expenses are deducted before or after the fee, and any responsibility for expenses if there is no recovery. We encourage questions about these terms so you understand the financial arrangement before representation begins.
