About Us

Kalyn D. Hoyle, LL.M., Esq.

Kalyn D. Hoyle brings a focused commitment to personal injury law and to the people whose lives are affected by an injury. As a District of Columbia attorney, he combines practical claim experience, careful analysis, and personal attention. He approaches a case with an interest in both the legal issues and the client’s story: what happened, how life has changed, and what is needed to move forward.

Mr. Hoyle earned a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications from North Carolina A&T State University, a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Finance and Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. His background in writing, legal research, and financial study informs the way he reviews complex records, develops a clear narrative, and explains difficult issues.

His experience includes managing more than 300 personal injury matters and negotiating more than 180 motor vehicle settlements. He has worked with clients, medical providers, insurers, opposing counsel, and experts. Familiarity with large, mid-sized, and smaller insurance companies across a wide range of case types helps him evaluate an insurer’s position, identify the information a claim needs, and prepare for meaningful negotiation.

Mr. Hoyle understands that effective advocacy begins before a demand is sent or a lawsuit is filed. He examines disputed liability, available coverage, medical evidence, and the impact of an injury, then connects that work with the proof the case may need later. His experience with discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation supports a thoughtful approach throughout the life of a claim.

A high level of communication is central to his practice. Mr. Hoyle takes pride in helping clients understand and handle complex legal, medical, and insurance questions. He explains developments in plain language, answers questions, discusses the reasons behind recommendations, and helps clients prepare for important decisions. Attentive representation means keeping the client involved as the strategy develops.

His background also includes legal internships with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as litigation support and complex legal review. Those experiences reinforce the value he places on research, precision, and a well-developed record.

A North Carolina native, Mr. Hoyle values thoughtful advocacy, candid advice, and extraordinary service. His passion for personal injury practice is reflected in careful preparation and sustained attention to the person behind the claim. He works to give clients a stronger voice and a clearer understanding of the process ahead.
