Fees and expenses

Personal injury representation is offered on a contingency fee basis, subject to the written agreement. We charge 33% before a lawsuit is filed and 40% once a lawsuit is filed. Typical case costs and applicable medical repayment obligations may affect the amount a client receives. The written agreement explains how the fee is calculated, whether expenses are deducted before or after the fee, and whether you are responsible for expenses if there is no recovery. No recovery means no attorney’s fee; case expenses are a separate issue governed by that agreement.
